This urn has a top of solid Australian Lacewood accented with a lovely Chokecherry branch.

Solid hardwood panels of Black Walnut and Cherry are interlaced with classic box joins.

The Woodsmans urn may be ordered with a top of solid Curly Maple (as shown above), rather than Australian Lacewood.

Customization of the urn is available. A keepsake compartment can be added for an additional $50. In place of the chokecherry branch, we can also decorate the lid with a special item supplied by you. Please contact us for details.

Woodsman Australian Lacewood Cremation Urn with Chokecherry Branch

This beautifully designed urn is made with solid wood Black Walnut front and back panels, and stunning solid Cherry sides. The top is unique Australian Lacewood, which has been gently rounded on the edges (urn is also available with a top of curly maple). Each urn is decorated with a lovely Chokecherry branch, which gives an organic and artistic feel to the design. Box joins accent the contrast between the Black Walnut and Cherry, allowing you to enjoy both woods from all directions. The exterior has a hand polished clear shellac finish.

This cremation urn is also available in a small or partial cremains size.


Ash capacity is approx. 250 cubic inches. Dimensions (exclusive of Chokecherry branch): approximately 10 1/4” wide x 6” high x 8 1/2” deep. Note: There may be slight variances in wood patterns and urn sizes. Because the Chokecherry branch is natural, this feature will vary from box to box. (Crystal in display is not included.)

We make every effort to make our urns environmentally friendly by using sustainable wood and biodegradable finishes.

Customization: the Woodsman cremation urn does not come with a keepsake compartment. A lid and a keepsake area can be added to the urn for an additional $50. Adding a compartment to the urn reduces the ash capacity from 65 to approx. 45 cubic inches.
